    <title>テレビを見て　The first day of ....</title>

      <![CDATA[今年になって、甘いもの（ケーキ、和菓子、菓子パン）を思う存分口に入れています。<br />
昨日のテレビで血液検査で不摂生な食事バランスで血管年齢が実年齢より何十年も老化しているのを見て、自分ももしかしてと次の日、今日のことですが食事のバランスを考えて作りました。<br />
間食は急にやめると、反って反動がくるので、少しの和菓子だけと意識して戴きます。<br />
